parseFloat < Number < JavaScript
The Number parseFloat() static method accepts string and converts it into a floating-point number.
const number = "123";
const numberParseFloat = Number.parseFloat(number);
console.log(numberParseFloat);
// 123
console.log(Number.parseFloat("10.33"));
// 10.33
console.log(Number.parseFloat("Highway is 10"));
// NaN
